Can anybody tell me the differences in specification between 1998 and 1999
model years for the 9-5 2.0t?

Hi Howie,
Why don’t you ask your local Saab dealer? If anyone knows, he should.
I don’t know about Saab 9-5′s where you are, but over here, neither the 98
or 99 models have a 2.0 turbo: all 9-5 models here are 2.3 litres turbo, at
least until the V6 turns up.
